With a passion for building relationships and meeting new people, Sam Hull began his full-time career in real estate in 2022. He takes an educational and consultative approach to guide clients toward achieving their real estate goals, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Sam’s background as a jazz trombonist, audio engineer, and elementary music teacher gives him a unique perspective in his real estate practice. Music taught him the importance of individuality and the value each person brings to a community—while working in education instilled the skills to connect with people from all walks of life and the drive to continuously learn and improve.
“People do things for their own reasons, and it’s our job as agents to help them match those reasons with the right home, at the right price, and at the right time.”
—Sam Hull
Originally from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, Sam developed a love for the outdoors early in life. In 2022, he moved to Massachusetts, captivated by the beauty of New England and Boston’s vibrant culture. He admires the state’s commitment to preserving parks and wild spaces, which perfectly complements his love for running, hiking, skiing, and soaking up the sun.
When he’s not helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams, Sam can be found exploring new trails, listening to music, or diving into a good book.
