Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Carol moved to Wisconsin at 17 to earn a bachelor’s degree in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin. While she initially pursued a laboratory career, her passion for working with people led her to earn an MBA in International Business and Marketing.

Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Carol excelled in international sales at GE Healthcare, eventually becoming Director of International Sales in the biotech and tech industries. Her role took her around the world, deepening her understanding of global markets and diverse cultures.

Throughout her career, Carol maintained a strong interest in real estate, investing in properties and managing them as a landlord. This hands-on experience fueled her passion for the industry.

After over 15 years in International Sales, Carol relocated to Boston to start a family and opened a successful bootcamp/CrossFit gym in Charlestown. Following the sale of the gym in 2020 and the birth of her twins, Annie and Max, Carol transitioned fully into real estate.

Today, Carol combines her international business expertise with her love for community building to guide clients through the real estate process with confidence. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.
